Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Bhaskar Siddhar?

Bhaskar Siddhar is a spiritual practitioner and guide belonging to the ancient Bhogar and Pulipani lineage. His life is dedicated to the teachings of the Siddhas, having spent years in rigorous penance in the Palani and Kolli Hills under the direct guidance of his master, Gurubanandha Yogi.

What is the Bhogar-Pulipani lineage?

This is a sacred spiritual lineage originating from Bhogar Siddhar, the legendary creator of the Palani Murugan idol, and his primary disciple, Pulipani Siddhar. It focuses on the alchemy of the body and soul, astrology, and the path to immortality (Siddha state).

What is a Deekshai ?

A Deeksha is a spiritual initiation where the Guru transfers energy to the seeker to awaken their inner consciousness. Bhaskar Siddhar offers three specific levels of initiation based on the seeker's readiness.

Which Deeksha should I start with?

The path always begins with Ātma Deeksha. It is designed to stabilize your "monkey mind" using a one-letter mantra. This foundation is necessary before moving to deeper spiritual connections

What is the difference between the Second and Third Deeksha?

The Second Deeksha (Iraivanudan Inaippu) focuses on feeling the Divine presence around you and within you at all times. The Third Deeksha (Ātma Viyoga) is much more advanced; it involves the realization that your soul is separate from your physical body, allowing you to overcome the fear of death

How can a person live without normal food?

During his time with Gurubanandha Yogi, Bhaskar Siddhar practiced the Siddha art of using "Kayakalpa" (rejuvenation) techniques. By consuming specialized preparations like the Aavaram Poo and Desi Cow dung spheres, the body’s dependency on regular food is replaced by internal energy.

What is the "Silver Cord" (Vellikkambi)?

The Silver Cord is a metaphysical link between the physical body and the soul. In advanced Siddha states, the soul can leave the body, but as long as this "cord" is intact, the body remains alive and vital.

Where does Bhaskar Siddhar perform Annadhana?

Regular food donations (Annadhana) have been carried out in the sacred towns of Palani and Tiruvannamalai.

Why is Annadhana so important in the Siddha path?

Siddhas believe that "Service to humanity is service to God." Feeding a hungry person is considered a direct way to worship the Divine soul residing within that individual. It balances the seeker's karma and opens the heart to universal love.

Can anyone follow this path?

Yes. The path of the Siddhas is open to all who have a sincere heart and a desire to know the truth about their own existence, regardless of background or previous experience.
